Since 2017, Brannium has been responsible for producing and maintaining StatePlus’ Product Disclosure Statements (PDS) portfolio.
PDSs are complex and content heavy. Data must be easy to update (many times) and its production is in the hands of various stakeholders from various departments and levels.

Brannium was awarded this important gig by designing a bespoke workflow specifically for StatePlus, with the objective to streamline the production process while encouraging communication, collaboration and transparency every step of the way.
Brannium achieved this by:
- Integrating valuable know-how and tools to streamline, generate efficiencies, and free up time for stakeholders.
- Researching and incorporating innovative solutions to allow a more efficient review/change process and synchronisation between the content (StatePlus) and the layout/design (Brannium).
- Delivering ongoing support and guidance to stakeholders.
For Ron Au, StatePlus Product Analyst, the implementation came with some challenges, particularly initially when endeavouring to align all stakeholders into the process. However, once everyone was on board, the process has been nothing but smooth and
time-saving.

The results speak for themselves; StatePlus advise the efficiencies resulted in at least 50% reduction in the time and hassle spent to produce the PDSs - compared to the previous vendors
– as well as substantial improvements in terms of communication, brand compliance and QC.
Just imagine a project that usually takes around 100 hours to be produced experiencing a 50% time reduction, and that extra time being applied to other value-adding activities. Sounds like a good deal, right? Well, it was such a great deal that StatePlus then invited Brannium to produce all their key annual reports, by implementing exactly the same workflow. Boom!
